Welcome to Gladwyne Montessori! 

Application Process

If you have any questions before you apply, please submit an inquiry so our Admissions Office can contact you, or contact us at admissions@gladwyne.org. You may also make an appointment to tour the school and learn more about what programs at Gladwyne Montessori are the best fit for you and your family. 

To begin the application process, create an account. Then, you will receive an email containing a verification link. (Please note: it may take up to 5 minutes to receive your verification link.) Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. If you have submitted an application previously using this system, please click on "Application" in the top right of your screen to log in. 

After you have completed the application, a Submit Application and Make Payment form will appear. Please follow the instructions that will be provided to submit the application along with the non-refundable $75 application fee. Completing this application is not a gaurantee of admission.

Applicants must be:

  • age 6 weeks by September 1 for Infant
  • age 1 by September 1 for Young Toddler (and independently mobile)
  • age 2 by September 1 for Toddler
  • age 3 by September 1 (and can independently use the toilet) for Primary.

After submitting an application, you will may track your admissions status by logging in to your account. You will also be able to monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms.
